At The Foresight Companies, our mission is to provide customized financial and operational solutions to the funeral and cemetery profession. We actively engage with all members of the profession. We deliver results through our passion for the profession and the communities they serve.
Over the last 40 years, we have made our goal to educate the profession on the new trends and shifts in behavior. Specifically, during the past two years we have focused on the factors impacting the profession because of the pandemic. We educate by providing empirical data and insights directly from the consumers to our clients, the owners and operators of funeral homes and cemeteries. We believe this insight is critical for our clients to adapt and evolve their business models. If they do not evolve, they run the risk of their business failing. It is our hope that we change the mindset of the profession to facilitate the advancement of the funeral and cemetery profession.
Consumers have rethought their attitudes about the funeral and cemetery profession. In turn, our clients must rethink their views on the new trends and behaviors that have begun to seep into the deep traditions of funeral service. In a profession that has habitually been 15 or 20 years behind the times and very immersed in tradition, the pandemic forced us all to adapt to a new way of doing things.
