Foresight Names Mandy M. Rohde, CPA, as Director of Accounting Services
Phoenix – September 21, 2016 — Today, Daniel M. Isard, president and founder of The Foresight Companies, North America’s premier financial and management consulting firm serving funeral homes and cemeteries, announced that he hired Mandy Rohde, CPA as Director of Accounting Services. Dan stated, “After conducting a nationwide search for a Director of Accounting Services, Mandy Rhode, has been identified as the most qualified person to lead our company’s accounting team as we provide accounting services to the next generation of funeral home and cemetery business owners and managers.” Mandy will continue the work created by Diane DeClercq who is retiring. Diane served in this capacity for almost a dozen years and helped launch Foresight’s “Real Time” accounting concept.
“Mandy brings a sound education and skill set to this position and I can’t wait to have our client’s start to interact with her and see her abilities,” Dan said. Mandy is a CPA with over 15 years of solid and comprehensive experience. She has a Bachelor’s of Accountancy and a Master of Taxation from Arizona State University. “She is able to provide our clients with secure paths to follow to reduce annual tax payments and in business succession or sale situations,” Dan added.
Mandy is very excited to join the team at Foresight. “I have worked in client service for many years and hope to use my experience to provide excellent service to our clients. My experience will help them operate their business more effectively”, Mandy states. “I aim to expand The Foresight Companies’ Accounting Service Department and develop a comprehensive and adaptable system that will enable us to enhance our high level of service,” she added. Dan is happy to entrust this responsibility with Ms. Rohde.
As she approaches retirement, Diane states, “I am very excited with the skills and knowledge Mandy is bringing to the Foresight accounting department. Her energy and enthusiasm demonstrated in her first few weeks is amazing.” During the month of September, Diane is working closely with Mandy to complete the transfer of duties and knowledge. She further notes, “Mandy is exactly what this profession needs. She possesses a strong education, diverse experience, excellent communicate skills and empathy for the small business owner.“
Jeff “The Funeral Commander” Harbeson, Foresight’s Director of Marketing adds, “I know this addition to our team will help me market our accounting services.” He and the team at Foresight are counting on Mandy to use her vast accounting experience and CPA designation to provide their clients a platform for earning greater profit in their business.
In addition to Jeff Harbeson, Mandy will work with Kevin Kruger, Director of Business Analysis. Kevin will train her on funeral industry specific management issues defined through accounting data. “By working with the entire team at Foresight, we can provide the highest level of consulting in the industry for all areas of our client’s business”, adds Mandy.
Russell Burbank, Accounting Client Service Representative, and Nicolle Howard, Bookkeeper, both report to Mandy. She is working alongside Stephanie Ramsey, Business Analyst and HR Specialist, and also with Office Manager Catherine Belliveau.
