Stephanie Ramsey, MBA worked for the Foresight Companies for more than 12 years before she elected to explore other industries, ultimately returning to the company that helped start her prolific career. She has more than 25 years of professional business experience working in various environments such as Fortune 500 firms, tribal governments, Native American casinos and the funeral and cemetery professions.
Stephanie graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University with a major in International Management and a minor in economics before she pursued a Master’s degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management located in Glendale, AZ.
Stephanie has managed small staffs as well as those with greater than 200 employees with more than 25 supervisors directly reporting to her. She has run an 800-call regional combination business funeral home. Stephanie combines her hands-on employee management experience with her knowledge of various industries to develop workable human resource structures within any size business.
Stephanie is the Director of Business Analysis for The Foresight Companies, LLC. She has a unique perspective on the challenges funeral and cemetery business owners and managers face when dealing with employee issues.
She has written Employee Handbooks and other job specific documents for clients nationwide. Stephanie writes a quarterly blog on HR matters and has been published by The Director, ICCFA, American Funeral Director and The Independent Magazines.
