Jessica Madr brings a wealth of accounting and administrative expertise to her role as Bookkeeper and Contract Administrator at Foresight. With a Master’s degree in Accounting from St. Joseph’s University, Jessica’s foundation in financial management, auditing, and reporting is both deep and diverse.

Prior to joining Foresight, Jessica held a series of impactful roles across the accounting field. At The Partnership Inc., she served as a Senior Accounting Analyst, where she managed multi-entity QuickBooks files, handled financial reporting, and oversaw property allocations using Yardi and QuickBooks. Earlier in her career, Jessica honed her auditing skills at Schultheis & Panettieri LLP, working on financial statements, 990s, LM-2s, and reconciliation processes.

She also has experience running her own seasonal bookkeeping service, assisting small businesses with startup, invoicing, journal entries, and local tax filings. Her early work at Alken Industries helped sharpen her skills in cost accounting, budgeting, and GL allocations—building the strong operational foundation she relies on today.

Jessica is eligible to take the CPA exam and plans to pursue certification in 2025.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys volunteering with youth organizations, a passion she has nurtured since her time at True North Community Church. A proud former president of the Alpha Beta Gamma and Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Societies, she’s committed to lifelong learning and leadership. Fun fact: she once helped prepare taxes for underserved communities through the IRS VITA program and finds fulfillment in supporting others through financial literacy.
