Brad Green brings more than 30 years of legal, operational, and executive leadership experience to his role as Chief Operating Officer of Foresight. A proven strategist with a deep understanding of the funeral and cemetery profession, Brad has led organizations through significant growth, transformation, and industry consolidation.

Before joining Foresight, Brad served as CEO of Park Lawn Corporation, where he oversaw the acquisition of 136 funeral homes and 53 cemeteries, ultimately helping guide the company through a successful $1.2 billion take-private transaction. Prior to that, he co-founded The Signature Group, a multi-state funeral and cemetery platform that was acquired by Park Lawn in 2018. While working with those two companies, Brad was personally involved in the acquisition or divestiture of 188 funeral homes and 135 cemeteries, including 31 combos, representing the deployment of almost $700M in capital.

Brad began his career as a labor and employment attorney, later serving in senior leadership roles at Carriage Services and Eagle Global Logistics. His ability to navigate complex legal and operational environments has made him a respected leader in both corporate and profession-specific settings.

Brad holds a JD, magna cum laude, and a BBA, cum laude, from Baylor University. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is admitted to practice in multiple U.S. District Courts.
