Taylor Weber

Financial Analyst

Taylor joined The Foresight Companies in 2021 as a Financial Analysis Intern and transitioned to a full-time analyst upon graduating in 2022. In her role as a Financial Analyst, Taylor facilitates data entry for Foresight’s Advisory services, valuation reports, and quarterly presentations. She is also responsible for managing and optimizing databases, which are integral to tracking and analyzing key performance metrics. Taylor collaborates closely with clients to develop comprehensive status reports, offering insights into their operational strength and financial growth.

Taylor thrives when working with numbers, analyzing data, and building relationships with clients to help them achieve their financial and operational objectives. Her passion for connecting with clients and understanding their unique needs drives her dedication to their success.

Originally from Wisconsin, Taylor moved to Arizona after high school to attend Arizona State University, where she earned a B.S. in Management, a minor in Spanish, and a certificate in International Business in May 2022. As a Global Scholar awardee, Taylor traveled to learn about business operations in different cultures. During her studies, she spent a semester in Barcelona, Spain, as a business development intern for a Virtual Reality technology company, utilizing marketing analytics to support the company’s growth.

Taylor served two positions on the Executive Board of her sorority as Panhellenic Delegate and VP Secretary where she found a passion for leading and empowering young women, organizing memorable events, and recruiting new members. Taylor comes from a close-knit Italian family that enjoys good food and spending time at their family lake cabin in Wisconsin. She is a die-hard NFL fan with a special love for the Minnesota Vikings. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys exploring new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with her puppy, Cash, named after her favorite artist, Johnny Cash.
