M&A Analyst

Sierra Heil joined Foresight in November 2022 as a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst. A graduate of the “Global 3” Master’s Program at the University of Virginia, Sierra studied with business graduates from 15 countries across three international business schools. This Global Master’s program took place across UVA’s McIntire School of Commerce in Charlottesville, VA, Lingnan University in Guangzhou, China, and ESADE Business School in Barcelona, Spain. She graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Financial Economics, M.S. in Global Commerce, and MSc in Strategic Management.

In her current role, Sierra advises our clients on M&A, valuation, and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Foresight, Sierra was a management consultant with Cornerstone focused on the FinTech and financial services industry and was an investment consultant with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in Scottsdale, AZ. She enjoys assisting institutions in the areas of business transformation, financial analysis, and growth initiatives, working closely with management teams to refine their strategies and achieve greater synergies during M&A transactions.

Outside of work, Sierra is interested in gymnastics, international travel, figure skating, yoga and the arts.
